Well, today was my daughter Deanna's senior prom. I have just about run out of tears and decided to share her with everyone. She is a beautiful girl and makes me look at life differently and I love her for that. I can not believe she is going off to college shortly and will just be home for the holidays. I love seeing her face everyday I guess I will be texting everyday about everything to her so it will feel like we are together. I took these pictures at her friends house because we were running so late and I had no time to take any in our home we had to run to where all the girls where meeting.Enjoy the photos!
Hi Patty, Deanna is a very pretty girl. Her dress was really pretty too. Just the right thing for a prom. Looks like lots of fun. Thanks for sharing the pics. Marie
Hi Patty,,, I am so glad you made it home on time, even though I know how fun another trip to horsefeathers would be! lol Your daughter is beautiful~ just like her mother! It was so nice seeing you again. I had so much fun and I hope to see you again soon. Take care ,, have a great week,, hugs, gail
Patty, your daughter looks absolutely gorgeous! What a great dress! Hope she had a terrific time. Now don't cry, Mama, this is what you've worked so hard to accomplish the past 17 years. You got her wings strong enough to fly straight. Hugs, Pat Patricia Rose-A Potpourri of Fabric, Fragrance and Findings www.patriciarose-apotpourri.com
Patty, Deanna, the dress, absolutely stunning!! I hope she had a wonderful time! It's tough when our children take flight, but they make us so much prouder, and still call us Mom. Huggs, Nancy www.coeurdalenegifts.com

Well, I am the mother of five amazing kids, hence the name 5 Angels Cottage, and the wife to an amazing man. I know I have been put on this earth to do just that be a mother and wife , I wouldn't have it any other way. I am most proud of my family and the second thing I am most proud of is my home. I have always felt that your affected by your surroundings so I always made sure that ours was calm, and pretty. Since my kids are getting older I have put more time into making my home more about my wants and needs and not everyone else, so the first thing I did was paint all the rooms in pastels and hung chandeliers in every room. I hope to share my home with whom ever visits my blog. There are many ideas up my sleeves so I know this will be fun for all of us.
